Please arrive 15 minutes before your treatment, or 30 minutes before a spa ritual. That gives you time to check in, change and enjoy the steam room. Treatments end on time, so arriving late shortens yours.

Just yourself. Robes, slippers, towels, lockers, toiletries and hair dryers are all provided. If you’d like to use the steam room with others, bring swimwear.

For relaxation and a first visit, choose Swedish. For knots and tight muscles, choose Deep Tissue. Not sure? Book Swedish and your therapist can adjust the pressure on the day.

Yes. When you book online, you pick the therapist you’d like, or whoever has the time that suits you. You can also ask for a male or female therapist by phone.

Usually, yes. We offer prenatal massage from the second trimester. Please tell us about pregnancy, injuries, recent surgery, high blood pressure or allergies in the booking notes and the health form, and we’ll adapt your treatment or suggest a better one.

One booking covers both of you, and the price is for two. Book with the therapist you’d like as your lead and add your guest’s name in the notes. We assign the second therapist and confirm within one business day.

Use the link in your confirmation email or call us. Please give at least 24 hours’ notice, so another guest can have the time. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged 50% of the treatment price, payable before your next booking.

You pay after your treatment by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash or gift card. Gratuity isn’t included; 18–20% is customary and goes to your therapist in full.

Yes, in any amount from $50 or for a named treatment. Buy them by phone or at the front desk; we can email them the same day, and they never expire.
