Parking and arrival
Free parking
Guest parking behind the spa, off Seagrape Way, with complimentary valet on Saturdays and Sundays.
By bike or on foot
We’re a short walk from the Coconut Grove waterfront, with a bike rack by the garden gate.
Arrive early
Give yourself 15 minutes to check in and change, or 30 before a spa ritual. Late arrivals may have a shorter treatment.
Give someone an hour of calm
Balm gift cards come in any amount from $50, or for a named treatment or ritual. They never expire, and we can mail one in a linen envelope or email it the same day.

Can I book by phone?
Of course. Our front desk answers during opening hours, and will help you choose a treatment and therapist.
Is the spa accessible?
Yes. The spa is on one level, with a step-free entrance, an accessible restroom and a treatment room with an extra-wide door and a height-adjustable table.
Do you host groups or bridal parties?
Yes, for up to six guests. Call us at least two weeks ahead and we’ll plan treatments, timing and the garden lounge for your group.
