Questions
Gift card FAQ
How do I use a gift card?
Book online as usual and write “gift card” and the card number in the booking notes, or call us. You hand over the card when you pay after your treatment.
Do gift cards expire?
No. Balm gift cards never expire and have no fees. Treatment cards are honored at the price paid, even if our prices go up.
Can I buy a gift card online?
Not yet. Please call us or visit the front desk; it only takes a few minutes, and we can email the card the same day.
What if a gift card is lost?
Every card is registered, so we can replace it if you have the purchase email or the buyer’s name.
Can gift cards be refunded?
Gift cards can’t be exchanged for cash, but a treatment card can be switched to another treatment of the same or higher value.
