Who we are
balm.schedopia.com is a day spa at 2740 Seagrape Way, Miami, FL 33133. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, including online booking, and how we use it.
What we collect online
When you book online, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the treatment, therapist and time you chose, and anything you write in the booking notes, such as health notes or your guest’s name for a couples treatment.
Your health information
Our health form asks about conditions, injuries, allergies, medications and pregnancy, so we can treat you safely. We keep it confidential, only your therapist and our front desk can see it, and we never use it for marketing.
How we use your information
We use it to confirm and remind you about appointments, to prepare your treatment, to contact you if something changes, to process gift cards and to answer your questions. We only send newsletters if you have asked us to, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information. It is stored on our website and with the service providers who help us run it, such as our web host and email and text message delivery services, only as far as needed to provide our services.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies it needs to work, such as remembering your booking session. If we add analytics or embedded content from other sites, we will update this page.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records and health forms for as long as you are a guest, and for up to three years after your last visit, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or the law requires us to keep them longer.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws.
